Help! Something's not working · Chinese character encoding issue, 1 to 6 of 6

    I have been experiencing problems typing Chinese characters as comments. The feature was working like charm when it was released. Now I'm unable to input Chinese at all.

    Is there an issue with the encoding? Thanks.

    Any updates on this issue? Would really appreciate as I am considering doing an action research on using Voicethread to improve and assess primary pupils' Chinese oral and listening skills.

    We are current overhauling the entire process of correctly displaying and accepting international character sets. This process has caused our development team to go back to the "drawing board" several times to ensure that this process will not only be correct, but simple.
