I purchased a license that's supposed to have export credits. Why don't I have any in my account?
The export credits are given to your Organization as a whole, and these credits must then be allotted to the individual users who will be exporting. If you're the one who will be exporting, allot the credits to your own account. Only Administrators may allocate these credits.
To allot credits, follow these steps:
- Go to the VoiceThread Manager.
- Click on a user's name.
- Next to Export credits, click Add.
- Type the number of credits you wish to give to that person.
- Click Update.
The number that you allot to that person will be deducted from the Organization's total. Please dispense credits only as needed since unused credits cannot be returned to the Organization's total.
