I purchased a license that is supposed to have phone-commenting minutes. Why do I not have any in my account?
The phone-commenting minutes are given to your Organization as a whole, and these credits must then be allotted to the individual users who will be using them. If you're the one who will be making the phone comment, allot the minutes to your own account. Only Administrators may allocate these minutes.
To allot minutes, follow these steps:
- Go to the VoiceThread Manager.
- Click on a user's name.
- Next to Phone Minutes, click Add.
- Type the number of minutes you wish to give to that person.
- Click Update.
The number that you allot to that person will be deducted from the Organization's total. Please dispense minutes only as needed since unused minutes cannot be returned to the Organization's total.
